Step 1: Lay the Right Foundation
Before you pick your prices or dream up your Instagram bio, you need to know three things:

Who are you helping?

What problem are you solving?

How will you solve that problem?
Many coaches skip this and go straight to “How much should I charge?” But clarity on your niche is EVERYTHING.
If you’ve overcome something (burnout, a career transition, a confidence issue, etc.), start by helping people who are where you once were. You’ll relate deeply to their struggles—and you’ll stand out.
Step 2: Pick the Right Business Model
There are two simple models that work:
Model A: Content → Conversation → Conversion
You create valuable content → Invite people to book a call → Convert on that call.
Model B: Connection → Conversation → Conversion
You build a connection (e.g. DM, local meetup, podcast guest) → Have a helpful chat → Invite them into your program.
👉 Choose the one that fits your strengths. If you’re active on social, Model A works well. If you’re a natural networker, go with Model B.
Step 3: Create Your Signature Offer
You don’t need to be 10 years ahead of your ideal client.
In fact, being just 2–5 steps ahead makes you more relatable and more effective.
Think:
“If I were coaching someone through this transformation, what would Session 1, 2, 3… look like?”
What worksheets, tools, or resources would help?
Step 4: Start Making Your Offer
Now comes the fun part.
Tell people about your offer—talk about it on social media, mention it in your email list, or test it with friends who fit your target market. You can even offer free spots in exchange for testimonials to get initial traction.
Don’t wait until it’s perfect. Just start. Your offer will improve through action.
Step 5: Review and Improve
Every new client is a chance to learn.

🟡 Where do they get stuck?
🟡 What feedback do they give you?
Review your process and tweak your offer based on real data. Your offer today will evolve in 3, 6, or 12 months. That’s normal. You’re building an asset.
Step 6: Automate What You Can
Posting on Instagram every day and manually booking calls is a quick road to burnout.
Instead, build systems:
🟡 A lead magnet that attracts your ideal clients
🟡 An email sequence that builds trust
🟡 A call booking funnel that works 24/7
