I’m an actress turned entrepreneur. A London girl with unshakable faith and big dreams. You’ll find me obsessively loving my husband, my kids whilst planning our next adventure. Oh… I also love Jollof!
I didn’t always have this life…
The lucrative business, amazing husband and wonderful kids. Life has hit me hard BUT I rise up each time.
QUESTION: Have you ever been on the path of having your wildest dreams come true, only to have everything crash to the ground right before your eyes?
…like a car driving alongside the beautiful countryside and all of a sudden hitting a bump, flying into mid-air and landing on the ground in pieces.
That was my life.
Fresh out of Drama School, I immediately landed lead roles at top London Theatres and in Television and Radio. I even had the opportunity to work alongside BAFTA award-winning Actors Jude Law and Colin Firth in Feature films.
Life couldn’t be any sweeter.
However, all those achievements quickly came to a halt when as I was preparing to have my first baby, my daughter, the unthinkable happened.
I lost her at birth.
This was my lowest moment
Battling with grief, I really struggled to find any meaning to life. But I knew that I could either spiral into deeper depression, or find the strength to rise up again. I had to make a decision...
Finding Success
It took a lot of hard graft but within 6 months I took that business to 6 figures.
Now, we run a Million-Pound chain of Day Nurseries.
Within months, I started getting invitations to speak across the world and I started helping women build a successful business, using their Story to empower others.
Then I launched The Lucrative Lady and started coaching other women on how to win in life and business
I truly believe that anyone can change the direction of their life because I am living proof of it.

2011
My Best Decision Ever
- Married the man of my dreams
- Moved into our first home (not our dream home)
- I was managing our Day Nurseries
2012
Bought Our Dream Home
- We bought our dream home
- I got pregnant with my baby girl
- At 9 months she died as I gave birth to her
- I started my youtube channel to talk about pregnancy, loss and stillbirth
- I published 4 videos on youtube but quit. The topic was too painful
2013
It was so special
- We were blessed with a baby boy, our rainbow baby
- I went back to work at the Nursery
- This was a special year loving my baby boy
2014-15
Time to scale business
- We opened 3 more branches of our Day Nursery
- I had a miscarriage on our Miami holiday
2016
Another special gift
- We were blessed with another rainbow baby
2017
Time to change the gear
- I launched my first offer in the Day Care Niche
- I ran my first ever webinar… super scary at the time
- I created my first ever Facebook group
- Livestreaming was new so I jumped on it
- I created my first sales funnel… it was a total flop.
2018
Done which I've never done
- I launched my very first Live Event
- I started The Lucrative Business Academy but I had no idea how to really promote it
- I launched my own Networking event
- I lost my business partner (this was a blessing in disguise)
2019
Made $65K in just 35 days
- When my business partner moved on to other ventures, I couldn’t keep up with the offline events any longer.
- I changed my business model and moved ONLINE. This was the best move
- I created my first ever Facebook group
- I created my second Sales Funnel
- I generated $65k in 35 days
2020
First 6 Figures Month
- Covid hit and my husband got ill
- April - my hubby was in a Coma
- From June to November we spent most days in the hospital
- I needed to leverage my time and grow my income, whilst taking care of my kids and husband who was still unwell. So, I changed my business model again and started selling a High Ticket Group Coaching Program
- I had my first 6 Figure Month
- I generated $120k in 3 days
- I LOVED this business model the most and have stuck with it
2021
Consistent 6 Figures Month
- With lots of hospital trips still on the horizon, we stay standing and grateful for life
- We focus on love, experiences and family time
- My business model hasn't changed
- We consistently generate 6 Figures a month
- I relaunched my Membership with a new business partner

Who is Pam Obasa?
1.) If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love palm trees, sunshine and the sea but anywhere my family is always feels like the best place in the world.
2.) What is your favourite colour and why?
I really love yellow! It makes me feel happy and reminds me of the sunshine. Although, I also love wearing white and khaki tones.
3.) Who is your biggest role model?
Oh so many but if I had to pick just one… my mum! She’s everything!
4.) What is your go-to outfit?
A dress! It’s easy lol. I don’t have to find other pieces to go with it.
5.) What does your morning routine look like?
I wake up at 5am (most days), I read the word, pray and then focus on ‘income producing tasks’. I’m normally done with the bulk of my tasks by 7 am.
At 7am, my kids are my priority. I get them ready for school and by 8 am, they’re off.
At 9am I head to the gym with my hubby and we’re back back by mid day.
I have developed a solid routine that means I’m not working for most of the day
6.) What are you most likely to binge watch?
Real housewives of atlanta, ozark, breaking bad, superstore, moesha, friends… just a few on my playlist at the mo...
7.) What are you most afraid of?
The dark! I don’t sleep in total darkness and neither do I sleep in complete ‘silence’.
I love light and sound.
So you’ll often find me sleeping to the sounds of TD Jakes, Joel Osteen or Hillsong Music
8.) How do you spend your money?
I invest in experiences and memories! These are more valuable to me than flashy cars or designer clothes.
9.) How would you describe your husband?
One word: Superman
Oh and… a wonderful father
10.) What’s one thing you’d like to achieve in the next 12 to 24 months?
Write a book!
