Habit 1: Follow the One Thing Rule
Every day, I start with one high-leverage task — just one.
Before I touch social media, respond to messages, or even sip my tea… I ask:
“What single task today moves my business forward financially?”
For me, that could be:
🟡 Writing a sales email
🟡 Recording a YouTube video with a call to action
🟡 Crafting a post that drives traffic to my offer
This habit alone changed everything.
Because when the first thing you do daily is tied to revenue, your day starts with purpose — not chaos.

Habit 2: Stack Your Work in Focused Blocks
Scattered hours drain your soul.
Instead, I use 90-minute power blocks. Here’s how:
🟡 Set a timer for 90 minutes
🟡 Put your phone on airplane mode
🟡 Focus on one thing — uninterrupted
Once it’s done, I take a real break.
I also batch everything — emails, content, meetings — so I can work smarter, not harder.
For example, today I’m recording five videos in one sitting. That’s batching in action.

Habit 3: Use Energy Mapping
Here’s something no one teaches:
Productivity follows your energy, not your calendar.
Ask yourself:
➡️ When do I feel most alert?
➡️ When do I feel low?
I now match my tasks to my energy:
🟡 High-energy = Creative tasks (content, coaching, videos)
🟡 Low-energy = Admin, scheduling, or quiet planning
Habit 4: End Your Day with a 3-Win Recap
Before bed, I ask:
What are 3 things I did well today?
Sometimes they’re big:
✅ Closed a new client
Other times they’re tiny:
✅ Took a walk and cleared my head
But each win matters.
This daily recap helps your brain feel progress, even when the to-do list is still long. It reduces burnout and builds momentum.
Habit 5: Keep a “Not Now” List (The Car Park)
This one’s underrated but so powerful.
Ever get a million new ideas while trying to focus?
Yeah, me too.
That’s why I created a “Not Now” list — a journal where I park all those exciting ideas for later.
It lets my brain rest — and keeps me focused on what actually matters today.
