WTW #06 – 4 Questions for Attracting Clients With Deep Pockets

In today’s issue of ‘Wake To Wealth’, I’m going to share my 4 question process for attracting Clients with deep pockets

If you set up this system and replicate this process (or something similar)…

… you’re much less likely to attract people who are only interested in picking your brain for free 

… and much more likely to work only with clients who can pay for your services 

Unfortunately, most coaches don’t have a predefined process for getting their message out and attracting the RIGHT type of client, so they’re constantly doing pro-bono or discounting their services

Attracting Clients with ‘deep pockets’ is done with a system that has the ‘right’ filters

 So many entrepreneurs are struggling to make money

…but the truth is that too many have no clue where to even begin!

Starting a business is the easy part, turning that business into a profitable venture is yet another story!

Yes, you can read books, buy courses, listen to podcasts and binge-watch Youtube for answers…

…but you must admit that most times, nothing good comes out of all that.

Instead, you end up wasting a lot of money and precious time on strategies that won’t work for you…

Without proper ‘Client Attraction’ systems in place, there are a number of challenges that arise:

Challenge 1: Attracting Freebie-hunters

You’ll spend most of your time giving away your knowledge for free

Challenge 2: Pricing

You’ll struggle to put a price on your expertise. You may even make the mistake that most Coaches make, charging by the hour!

Challenge 3: Lack of confidence

Stuck in an undercharging vortex, you’ll eventually begin to doubt your genius and question whether you were at all on the right track in the first place

You can overcome all of these challenges by building a better client attraction system for attracting clients with deep pockets and who appreciate all that you have to offer

Here is the 4-question process I follow:

Question 1: Am I talking to the RIGHT audience?

Each week when I create content, I often take a quick look at the ‘quality of followers’ I have.

Facebook Ads aside, growing your business organically, on whatever platform – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok etc requires you to build a cult following

Sometimes when I audit our client’s Socials and look through their “new followers” I often see people who may not be aligned with their business goals, put simply, they’re NOT the perfect fit client for their Coaching program

If there’s one thing I want to leave with you today, it’s THIS – Build the RIGHT type of audience! Quality is better than Quantity.

In order to sell a product like you’re selling ‘water in a desert’, you have to be selling the RIGHT product to the RIGHT market.

You have to be talking to a HUNGRY market

If you already have a bunch of followers on social media or an email list, just ask:

Are my followers and subscribers engaging with my content? Are they buying my stuff?”

No? Check your Messaging (More on this in Question 2)

Yes (be honest with yourself)? Move to Question 3

Question 2: Is my Messaging effective?


The first place to begin, when it comes to building a ‘hungry audience’ is in your Messaging

What sells an offer isn’t the ‘Offer’ itself

What sells an offer is the ‘Messaging’ around that offer.

Similarly, what builds a brand is the ‘Messaging’ around that brand!

It’s the way you talk about your offer, hitting pain points that have your Ideal Clients thinking “oh she’s reading my mind” that matters most.

The danger of getting it RIGHT with your Messaging is that of course that you can sell a mediocre offer too (which I of course don’t advise), and still get traction, generate sales and enrol clients

That’s the power of really SOLID Messaging!

But I share that to say this – the ‘Offer’ doesn’t matter as much as the Messaging.

Question 3: Is my Signature Offer positioned for a High Ticket price tag?


Next, I look for obvious places in my offer where there are “holes”

This is one of the most overlooked aspects of scaling to 6 Figures and beyond.

Most people slap together a product or Coaching program and call it an ‘Offer’. It isn’t.

There’s so much MORE that goes into creating an offer that sells like water in a desert!

There are 3 things you can do to an offer that isn’t converting:

  1. Add More Value
  2. Change the ‘Positioning’
  3. Change the Offer
  4. Can I add value or re-position this offer to improve conversions?

Yes: then move to master how to have conversations that lead to Enrolments

No: Change the Offer

Question 4: How can I enrol clients in my sleep?


Learning to ‘do marketing in your sleep’ is the true meaning of ‘Time Freedom’

At the very early stages of growing my business, I learnt something that has helped me to not only buy back my time but also to SCALE my biz in a very short time

Most people think that getting ‘sales’ or enrolling clients is the holy grail.

No! Getting people to buy from you over and over again, and increasing their cart value is where your focus should be

It’s easier to sell to a ‘repeat’ customer than it is to acquire a ‘NEW’ customer

That’s where your business truly grows.

Here’s my favourite way of filling my program with High Paying Clients:

  1. Create a low-ticket offer that solves a big problem
  2. Pack so much value in this product, they have to fall in love with me and want MORE from me
  3. Add this low-ticket offer as the ‘front-end’ of my Sales System
  4. Use this low-ticket offer as my work-horse, promoting it wherever I can (socials, my email list, affiliates and even run paid ads)
  5. Add nurture emails leading to my High Ticket program

The Result:


70% of People who purchase my low-ticket offer tend to also buy my Middle or High Ticket Offer

Once you implement these tips in your business, you’ll be a rockstar expert in no time.
