What was your business like before you started working with Pam?
Before I joined the program, I spent $30,000 on another program and doing ads and I hired some professionals to do it for me.
When I came to Pam we were discussing this because I was really, really scared, but I was like, OK, this other program generated me ONE lead, which does not even justify my cost, nothing.
In that program, we were supposed to drive traffic to the free webinar and then on the webinar invite people to a discovery call, and then sell your high offer.
So that was the funnel. And I did everything and it did not generate anything.
And so when it came to Pam was like, OK, but how do you think it will work? Plus, I was in debt already, I’d spent all my savings in the other program. So I said I don’t have money. And secondly, I want to invest.
“A webinar funnel is the WRONG type of funnel for newbies”
And I remember Pam told me that this is such a wrong funnel for the person who just starts out.
And this was the mistake because literally, I was not getting high-paying clients. They didn’t know me.
I wanted to take them from cold leads straight away to buy my $3k, $5k stuff. You just see me in a one-hour webinar and then “please invest straight away”. Well this lady who was promoting this clearly said it works so well but it didn’t
So, I joined Pam’s program, because I could really relate to the system and I thought it made sense and it was so logical that people will get in the funnel.
First, they will pay a lower price, and then they are committed buyers, more serious buyers, they are not just freebie seekers.
And then when we start working, I’m a very fast thinker. And I was like, OK, how do I make money now before the funnel launch? My husband was already quite worried about my investment.
I thought what was the best way to make money before because it was supposed to launch the funnel in three months. The official funnel, the system. Right?
“My first $6k Client Enrolment”
We had created the offer together, so i thought, “how about I start telling people about the offer, and we’d covered the messaging already.
It was the persuasion factor. Remember, we had videos, sales videos. I already had everything like there just the funnel was not yet launched yet.
So I thought, how about I use this Messaging that Pam had created.
And I put it literally in my very small email list of 200 people. And then I also put it on a Facebook group and LinkedIn and I got my first 2 sales and it was $3K each so $6k
Two weeks later, I launched another part of the funnel and brought in a further $5k from low ticket products and another 3 High-End clients
It was like, oh wow, that’s good. And that’s unexpected.
And then when we launched the funnel literally within two weeks,
I landed $5k more of the low ticket sales and then three more high end came through the funnel.
So this was the people who bought my cheap like the low end stuff.
And then they came to the call and they invested into the high end.
So pretty much within five weeks, I had my 20k.
“Within 5 weeks I’d made $20k”
It’s funny because I remember my target was $10k. I thought, OK, it’s OK because I couldn’t believe it’s possible to actually get more than that. And then after 5 weeks I did $20k. I felt dream bigger Irina, dream big.
Pam: The reason I wanted to speak with you is because you took imperfect action. You had already invested $30K in another program, so you were $30k in debt.
But you had some elbow grease in that.
You didn’t just go “actually I’m just going to run away from this. You were at that point that I was talking about earlier, that pain point. And so do I go back to my comfort zone or do I just make sure this will work?”
And you just took what we had created and you launched that part, while everything else was built so that you could launch properly.
“So what would you say is the biggest thing for you about the program? The biggest thing that did it for you. The most important aspect”
Irina: Well, the most important aspect, I think, is that I can’t believe that making money is so easy.
This program and everything after showed me that it’s really not hard to make money, it’s so easy when you have the right system and it works. And I really like that.
You just create it once and then it’s working for you I had this huge belief coming from my parents that you have to work hard to earn money.
And I think that was happening years before, I was working hard, hard, hard, and it was not making any money.
And then with this program, I realized, first of all, it’s so easy, just monumental. You set things up on autopilot and then you’re free to go on a one-month vacation and just go do whatever you want and then it will still run because you have it automated.
I think that’s the only survival business model. That’s my biggest thing.
Pam: What’s crazy about this is you did this in spite of you having done another program at $30k and it failed.
That didn’t stop you, didn’t scare you away. You didn’t run back to your comfort zone. You kept moving forward.
And that’s why having you as a mindset coach, just so that, you know, on a personal level Irina, I mean, that’s why working with you was a no brainer for me.
