I really want to break down some really specific side hustle ideas that I think are absolutely brilliant for women.
Before I dive in, one of the things that I really want to share about a side hustle is that I think that this is one of the most googled terminologies.

What is a side hustle?
It is something that you do on the side that brings you an additional amount of money into your life and into your business or into an area of your life where you need funds.
One of the biggest problems with people not starting a side hustle is that they’re overthinking it.
I want to take this opportunity to just give you permission and just say:
“Come on just go for it “
When I share these ideas with you, pick one and just jump with it .
Just do something about it.
I promise you that the ideas I’m gonna be sharing with you are super duper easy.
Some of them require a little bit of skill but most of them actually don’t.
The only thing that can get in the way of you being successful with any of these ideas is actually you, so make a commitment right now to really just jump for it and start bringing in that additional income.
The other thing that I want to share is that a lot of people get hung up because when they think about a side hustle they think:
“Well this is not my passion path”
“This is not what I went to school for”
“This is not my area of expertise” or
“This is not what my three years or four years of a university degree will allow me to do”
This is one of those moments where if you need any additional income coming in you just have to humble yourself.
I had to humble myself for years to do various side hustles that have really helped me to get myself together before my actual business began.
With that being said as you take down and read these ideas I want you to think about them with these two key things:
#1: Humble yourself and just do it if you need it
#2: Don’t be afraid of it, just go for it, pick one and start working on it from today.
Let’s dive in with number one.
The first side hustle that I want to share is a power pack it’s a triple combo and that is blogging youtube and affiliate marketing
#1: Blogging / Youtube / Affiliate Marketing
One of the reasons why I’m putting it in one is that each of these strategies blogging, youtube and affiliate marketing if you put them aside of each other it actually takes a very, very long time for you to generate any amount of money from this.
Blogging – you would have to blog for quite a long time for your website to start getting enough traffic in order for you to start monetizing your website
YouTube – if you are doing just youtube, for instance, you would have to, of course, reach 1000 subscribers at a minimum and 4 000 watch hours at a minimum before you even get monetized.
Affiliate marketing – it takes a long time to figure out the strategies and besides it’s almost impossible to do affiliate marketing unless you have some sort of website traffic or online presence which is where blogging and youtube really come in.
That’s why I’ve put these three together.
Let’s talk about it.
What is affiliate marketing?
It’s really recommending the tools that you already use.
For example, the camera that I’m using to record this video, I could be recommending to you right now and the moment somebody clicks that link which would be my special link I would get a commission and I would get paid.
The person who has clicked the link wouldn’t get charged anymore but I would get a cut or rather a commission of what they paid.
That is simply what affiliate marketing is.
I’m an affiliate for pretty much all of the tools that I use in my business.
But because I’m not big on affiliate marketing in terms of the way a lot of people do affiliate marketing as their main gig I use it in conjunction with blogging and with YouTubing and I have found that that has really helped me to make that a side hustle in and of itself because I have put these three things together and not them individually.
Oftentimes you might read some of my descriptions where there are affiliate links, so you might get into my sales funnel or read a blog on my website where there is an affiliate link.
So if you’re thinking about doing affiliate marketing or blogging or youtube at the get-go I want you to think about putting these three things together so that you can start getting monetized much quicker.
#2: User testing / website testing
This one is really, really easy regardless of what you do and how busy you are anybody can do this one.
If you just google that, there are so many different companies that offer you the opportunity to do these two.
Examples are:

Playtester.com
You can earn anything from around $10 to $20 from these companies for pretty much testing their websites and making sure that you let them know where the bugs are.
So that when their customers or their ideal clients land on their website there are no bugs so that is how important your job is.
It’s actually a simple job for you to do and you can do it at any time.
#3: Virtual Assistant
This is something that I really think that any woman can do.
Any mom can do it.
In fact, anybody can do this.
The world of virtual assistants has grown massively.
Why?
Because due to Covid everybody is now online and because everybody is online not everybody has the time to actually grow their businesses online.
We all need a virtual assistant to help us.
Gone are the days where you start going out there and hiring a PA.
When people have businesses they are now looking for virtual assistants as opposed to personal assistance or in-person assistance.
So Virtual Assistants are actually very, very easy to get started with.
You can get started on Fiverr.com, you can get started on Upwork.com
There are so many websites that really help Virtual Assistants to get started.
Here is the thing: you don’t even need any special skills.
If you’re good at typing, if you’re good at filing, if you’re going to answer a call, if you’re good at speaking, whatever it is that you think that you think you’re good at but it might not even be required I can promise you that you can get a job as a Virtual Assistant.
The type of professional assistants we work with tend to do everything.
From filing and typing and sending out posts, creating posts, editing videos all of these things a virtual assistant can do but you don’t have to do all of those things.
You can literally specialize in the parts of being a Virtual Assistant that you think you would be good at.
So get started, jump on Fiverr and jump on UpWork and get started right now.
#5: Social media manager
As I mentioned earlier so many people are online right now so if you are good at using any Social Media platform I’m talking about any one of them you don’t even have to be a specialist in it but you just have to have a really good knowledge of the platform.
So if you’re somebody who just hangs out on Facebook, hangs out on Instagram or hangs out on Pinterest or LinkedIn, YouTube, Clubhouse wherever, then surely you understand these platforms otherwise you wouldn’t be hanging out on them.
So if you enjoy using these platforms then I really highly recommend that you do some work and do some googling and do some learning around these platforms and how business people can use them.
Every business person out there really needs a Social Media Manager and this works really well as a side hustle because you can really call the shots.
You can work in your own time, you can do it from anywhere it doesn’t really matter.
It doesn’t require your presence at all.
Being a Social Media Manager is actually pretty easy to get started with.
To get started all you have to do is really choose one specific Social Media platform or a couple of platforms that you are very, very comfortable with.
Play around with it, get some results with it, start helping one or two people for free, get those testimonials and then you start to charge for it.
I promise you, you will never be out of work because this is something that everybody is looking for.
#5: Media Buyer
What is a Media Buyer?
A media buyer is simply somebody who buys paid traffic.
Somebody who runs Facebook ads (Link this to this blog when its ready: Facebook Ads Tutorial 2021 – How To Create Facebook Ads For Beginners (COMPLETE GUIDE) ) or Google ads or Instagram ads or even YouTube ads.
They’re called media buyers because they’re buying media which is page traffic essentially.
Now this one does require some level of skill but it’s not something you have to go to university for.
In fact, this is something that you can just buy a Facebook ads course for.
Learn how to run Facebook ads really well and then that’s a skill that you can then sell similarly to YouTube ads or Google ads or Instagram ads etc.
That’s really all it is.
The beauty about this is the amount of money you’re able to make.
In fact, with this specific side hustle, it becomes quite a really, really lucrative side hustle.
You can charge anything from $2000 per month on a three-month minimum retainer.
That means that when you get a client you know that from this specific client you’re going to be making a good $6000 from that client alone at a minimum.
That’s an incredible side hustle to have but as I said earlier there is a bit of a learning curve with that one.
If you are already good at running ads or if you are willing to learn how to do it then why not this is one of those high paying skills that make up for a really lucrative side hustle.
#6: Business Coach
I started business coaching initially as a side hustle to be quite honest with you and then it became my main gig.
I fell in love with it but not only that it is just such an amazing side hustle or rather an amazing business model simply because you get to have a lot of impacts which is my favorite part.
If you play your cards right you can get paid really, really well as a business coach.
Not all business coaches get paid well.
It requires you to have the ability to show up online in a way that people like you and trust you.
It requires you to use storytelling, understand your messaging, use sales systems, and all of these other components.
The more of them you have the more you can charge for your services.

If there was any side hustle that I would recommend above anything else it’s definitely this.
It’s definitely Coaching.
It doesn’t have to be business coaching but it’s definitely coaching.
It is just such a beautiful side hustle it works very well because you can do it from anywhere at any time and it is the most lucrative side hustle on my list.
#7: Retail Arbitrage
Retail Arbitrage is essentially where you buy something from one location at a price and you sell it in another location at a different price.
I know quite a lot of people who do retail arbitrage.
I remember the other day my husband and I went to buy some trainers at one of the stores and this guy in fact quite a few of them came in with bags and they left with bags and they held up the queue because they were buying I’m talking dozens and dozens and dozens of footwear and instantly I saw them and I knew what they were doing.
it was retail arbitrage.
They were buying at a specific price point and then selling them online at double the price or at some sort of profit margin.
Rental arbitrage is a really good side hustle but it does require some level of time.
You do have to travel, you do have to go pick up stock, you do have to mark it all up and package it in order to be posted another way.
I’ve seen people do this by going on sites such as Etsy and finding the cheapest product in a specific category and then going on sites like Amazon or Facebook marketplace and then listing that same item for a higher price in a different location.
What they then do is that if you buy the product from Amazon or from a Facebook marketplace or anywhere like that they then order it from Etsy and it gets delivered to you directly from the seller in Etsy to your door.
This means that they’re not holding onto the stock, they’re not going to the post office to post anything essentially they’re just playing the middleman and they are playing a really good game and it is a really good side hustle.
It depends on how you feel about it.
Retail arbitrage is not one of my favourite things because I think that it requires a little bit more time but it is something that’s very doable if you just work out your own system.
#8: Amazon Flex
I’m sure you’ve noticed that with Covid there’s a lot of people delivering packages and these are just ordinary people with a vehicle that are delivering packages.
It’s called Amazon Flex and you can find that if you’re in the US it’s flex.amazon.com and if you’re in the UK it’s flex.amazon.co.uk to find out a little bit more.
Essentially you are basically listing yourself as a driver to deliver packages from Amazon to people who have ordered something.
Amazon is one of the biggest companies out there that we order things from.
I think it is the biggest actually and so they need a lot of foot soldiers to deliver things for them.
If you are a partner with Amazon Flex you can earn anything from $18 to $25 if you’re in the US or £13 to £15 pounds if you’re in the UK.
So if you have a bit of time you don’t mind driving around you enjoy being in your car and you enjoy meeting new people because you’re gonna have to see them to deliver their packages if you like all of that stuff then you want to check out Amazon Flex
They are always looking for new people.
#9: Voice Over Artist
This is again a really good side hustle.
It doesn’t pay as well as being a coach of course but I really really love it because of my acting background.
One of my best friends actually started this as a side hustle and she works very minimally because she has a baby, she has a family.
She works very minimally on this specific side hustle but recently she mentioned that she’s making around £500 just from recording one minute to five minutes audio snippets for people who have hired her services on fiverr.com
I think it’s a brilliant side hustle because all you’re doing is recording your own voice.
Recording some sort of script.
Recording some sort of dialogue or monologue or anything that they have sent you
It’s a really good side hustle because you get paid really well and you get paid per minute.
So hop on Fiverr.com right now and just type in a voice-over artist and see the array of artistry that there is.
#10: Teach English Online
If you’re an English speaker there are loads of people looking for people just like you to teach English online.
Teaching English online pays you anything from around £15 to £22 or $15 to $22.
Here are some websites that you can check out if you are interested in teaching English online to international kids:

- ITutorGroup
There are so many if you just google teach English online you’re going to find so many opportunities.
You don’t need any teaching skills, you just need to know the English language really well and of course to be confident to teach it to other people.
These companies give you a curriculum so that you know exactly what to do and you plan your lessons and you teach.
It pays a decent amount of money for a side hustle.
